Briar Hill is a great neighborhood in the southern portion of Oldham County (Area 21) that's been nice for 20 years and is now taking off! About 24 years ago they started building custom homes on larger lots without moving too far east of the Jefferson County line. Today they're building even nicer custom homes, similar to those you might find in Hillcrest on Oldham's north side. Because of it's location in Crestwood and growing size, Briar Hill is a popular place for a homebuyer seeking the top rate Oldham Co. schools without moving too far from Louisville. If you like GlenOaks, you should also consider Briar Hill!

	Here's the signature entry into Briar Hill from the park below.
	As you can see, there's a large park that you pass on your way into Briar Hill from Brownsboro Road. There's tennis courts, a basketball park, playground and room for tossing the baseball or frisbee!
	There's a nice variety of home styles in Briar Hill as they give the builders more leeway with construction plans. Here's a beautiful stucco ranch.
	Traditional styled homes are the norm in most of Louisville and Briar Hill is no exception. Price range starts in the low $300k's and move up to the $800k's.
	Lots in Briar Hill are at least .5 acres but many are 1 or more. .
	You can find new construction and lots ready for you to build in Briar Hill and the Briar Hill Estates section of the neighborhood.
