One of the early East End communities in Louisville, Crescent Hill has a great deal of variety and tradition. Big homes, small homes, flat lots, sloping fallaway lots, it's all here. Similar to St. Matthews, Clifton and The Highlands, homes in this area starting being built around the turn of the 20th century but there are still a few new construction houses being built today. This centrally located community has a great deal of diversity in house types with lots of character. If this sounds like you, then be sure to check out this great Louisville neighborhood.

	I've taken some great photos of the vast array of home styles in Crescent Hill. This one is a Craftsman-style home that has been kept in great shape!
	There are a good number of Bungalow homes like the one you see here. This one has a little bit larger lot than normal but most of Crescent Hill has large, mature trees.
	Another great Bungalow with a barn-styled roof. Front porches are also very common in this community.
	This grand old Victorian was built close to 100 years ago but has been maintained beautifully.
	Look at this great little cottage-styled home! There aren't a lot of these in the city of Louisville.
	Here you see a more traditional Cape Code house on a large, sloping lot..
	This traditional two-story brick home has a great deal of charm.
	There are a fair number of these two-story homes in Crescent Hill and neighboring Clifton, as they generally afford more square footage for the dollar.
	Here is one of the new construction homes I was telling you about in the open. There isn't a great deal of available space for new home development but in a few spots you can find great new homes like this one in Crescent Hill.
