Forest Springs (along with Forest Springs North) is a great neighborhood in Louisville's east end off LaGrange Road just outside of the Gene Snyder Expressway, near Rock Springs, Woodmont and Fox Run. Homes here are reasonably priced while still being part of a great community with tennis courts, pool and clubhouse. This subdivision has some beautiful homes and is located in a great part of town where a lot of new development is taking place.

	The entry to the original Forest Springs is not large but has a certain charm.
	The original Forest Springs began in the mid 1990s. Standard sized lots are the norm but there are a few that have larger plots of land.
	Here is a colonial-styled home that sits up on a small rise, surrounded by trees..
	Home sizes in Forest Springs range from 1,700 sq. ft. ranches up to 3,000 sq. ft. two-story homes.
	Here is a shot of the Forest Springs clubhouse. Homes in Forest Springs North, although not connected to the original neighborhood, do have the opportunity to use these facilities.
	The pool is great for the kids in summertime!
	This is the signature entry into Forest Springs North, located just a short distance away off Westport Road.
	After the success of the original development, Forest Springs North began in the late 1990s. Homes are similar is size, style and pricing.
	All of the lots have been built upon as the North location built out almost as quickly as the original neighborhood.
	Traditional, brick two-story homes are the norm in Forest Springs, so if that's what you're interested in be sure to check out this great Louisville neighborhood.
