Glenmary is an outstanding community off Bardstown Road just south of the Gene Snyder. It began in the late 1980's and is continuing strong today with new homes being built in the Glenmary Estates section of the neighborhood. Similar to GlenOaks, Lake Forest and Hurstbourne, Glenmary is carefully crafted around a gorgeous golf course. There's a great deal of development heading out Bardstown Rd. towards Mt. Washington but there's nothing I like more than Glenmary.

	Here you can see the signature entry into the neighborhood of Glenmary in Louisville, Kentucky.
	In this photo you can see the Glenmary Country Club, pro shop and restaurant.
	The golf course winds its way through the Glenmary neighborhood and creates amazing views for homeowners and visitors alike. What could be finer than to look out your backyard and see the finely trimmed grass fairways and greens?
	Home prices in Glenmary currently start in the low $200k's and work their way up into the mid- to high- $300ks, with larger homes in the Estates section. Here you see a well-kept 1 1/2 sotry home with grand columns and beautiful stone work.
	Most lots are just over 1/4 acre with some growing up 1/3. Because this home is situated on a cul-de-sac, it has a significantly larger yard.
	The style of this classic two-story home is very common in Glenmary. Look at that photo! Pretty good if I do say so myself.
	Now we've moved into Glenmary Estates where homes can be much larger as you can see by this grand executive home.
	This newly finished ranch in the Estate section of Glenmary is currently for sale at the time of this writing. The stone retaining wall is very nice.
