Sanctuary Bluff claims to be Louisville's first ever maintenance free single family home neighborhood. Under the development guidelines, homeowners don't have to worry about exterior seasonal upkeep, such as lawn mowing, raking leaves, cleaning gutters, laying mulch, planting flowers, shoveling snow or cleaning windows. Homes also have their own irrigation system! With 89 lots, it's also a good sized neighborhood with a nice variety of terrain and some wooded areas. The location is also fabulous, off Highway 43 before you get to Prospect. Similar to what's being done at Beech Spring Farm and Shakes Run, Sanctuary Bluff is another exciting, new development that's definitely worthy of your attention.

It's my pleasure to take photos of some of Louisville's best neighborhoods and publish them here for you.

	Here is the beautiful entry off Highway 42 into Sanctuary Bluff. I took these photos on an amazing day!
	Homes in this neighborhood start in the mid $400's and move up into the $800k range. The house in the photo above is in the lower end of that price range.
	Most homes are custom built for their owners as spec homes aren't common in the current Louisville housing market. This expansive ranch home looks incredible with the sun hitting it. Just look at the landscaping, which is all part of the maintenance fee and not the responsibility of the homeowner.
	With not a great deal of new construction, Sanctuary Bluff is one of the few new building sites in Area 9. It's a great location, just minutes from Holiday Manor and the expressways.
	Some homes back up to wooded areas. The varied terrain also gives homeowners a lot of opportunities to have walk-out basements.
