Sutherland is a very prestigeious neighborhood in Louisville's east end, in the city of Prospect. Just east of the Gene Sndyer freeway on Highway 42, Sutherland has a lot to offer a high-end buyer. Homes here are both large and gorgeous and the signature stone bridge entrance passes over a multi-segmented lake complete with fountains. Sutherland is certainly worth your time to tour.

	Here is the one of the two large signs that mark the entrance into the Sutherland.
	A large lake runs across the entire front of the neighborhood and the views are beautiful!
	Our first example is a large, two-story brick home that rests on a cul-de-sac lot. There is a great diversity of home styles in Sutherland, but each has a special touch that makes this neighborhood one of the city's finest.
	If you're looking for a home that makes a statement, you should certainly consider Sutherland where lots are larger than average and the homes are often some of the most amazing in the city.
