"We were both first time home buyers so we didn't know what to expect or even what we really were looking for. Tre provided us with a wealth of knowledge about what each area offered. Also, he determined what kind of purchase costs and returns we could expect for each. Shortly after the education phase, my wife and I produced a list of over thirty homes we wanted to visit. He didn't miss a beat when we handed him the list and within a couple days he had our weekend packed with scheduled viewings. At some point in those two months we put an offer in on a home that was a short sale. Tre informed us of the challenges of these sales. Tre had my e-mail box full of new houses and price changes that were tailored to our interests every day. What really impressed me was that he not once tried to sway us from purchasing a short sale home. Instead he encouraged us because he saw the way we lit up when we viewed it. Inevitably, the short sale became complicated and we had to overcome several hurdles to buy the home; none of which were the fault of the Realtor. He helped keep the ball rolling and helped us cope with the stress when we began to worry. We closed on our first home Jan 21, 2011 and are extremely happy with the home and the experience.
